How do I get the FactoryLink™ Green Return Bag?+
A premium reusable collection bag arrives with your very first Kristall Klear delivery — no order, no fee. It's included with every membership.
How should I use it between deliveries?+
Drink your water, gently compress each empty bottle to roughly 20% of its original size, and drop it into the bag. Store the bag anywhere convenient until your next scheduled delivery.
What happens on collection day?+
Your FactoryLink™™ driver picks up the filled bag when dropping off your new case and hands you a fresh empty bag. No extra trip, no scheduling, no additional cost.
What happens after my bottles are collected?+
Bottles are transported to our recovery partner where they re-enter the circular supply chain. Your return is verified and logged as Green Credits™ on your account within 24–48 hours.
When do I earn a complimentary pack?+
Two consecutive monthly returns automatically qualify you for one complimentary pack of Kristall Klear Premium Water — credited straight to your next delivery.
What if I lose or damage the bag?+
Just let your driver know. Replacement bags are provided at no cost for the first replacement; participation is always optional and never affects your membership.
